The framework

The BBMe Method

From the inside out. You were never broken.

The BBMe Method is Better Being Me’s framework for neurodivergent life — built by Joanne Hatchard, accredited social worker and family therapist, from clinical training and lived experience.

It has three layers: six values (the internal work), three life areas (where you are now — measured by the free ND Life Alignment Quiz), and the seven C’s (the work itself). Around the Method sits the ecosystem — every way of working with BBMe, at three levels of support. One framework holds all of it.
