BBMe Weekly Planner
I am not naturally an organised person. My saving grace is that I love lists, I love grouping things, and I love knowing where I am meant to be and when I am meant to leave to be there.
My son has a reasonably busy schedule and there is nothing that will bring up my stress level if I have to remember everything, plus when I need to leave.
Things I needed in a weekly overview planner. Day name, date, month, 30 mins blocks of time, a place for my people (me, my partner and child), space for notes, space for meal planning, daily house work reminders (that still may not get done), plus a little space for daily reminders and whatever I am recording that week.

It may seem like a lot to ask, and I could not find one that covered everything, so I made one myself.

Generally I print up a month at a time, I leave the house work reminders the same, because I have already done the calculations of what and when everything needs to be done, it is dateless because then I can print for when ever. Each week I check I have the details put in, and I add to it if during the week something extra happens. It is a great reminder tool for triggering memories which is an added bonus.
There are three columns for each day to cover off my partner, me and the kiddlet. If you have more children I would think they could share the column, but I haven’t had to test out my theory! I record my partners working hours and appointments, my own hourly plans (during non-holiday mode), and my sons apppointments, making sure I have included me in the travel and times because right now his isn’t doing them alone. I have recorded the dates my meat is best by in the meal planning, but not much more than that, this has stopped any food wastage. This also helps with the shopping list as I know when and who is going to be home for dinner.
I have done a quick video explaining how you can use the planner, you may not need all the details, but if you use what you need there is always space for flexibility.
I have included a PDF copy of the planner, two pages, one with my house work reminders as an example and a black for you to print and fill in for yourself. The PDFs can be imported to iPad App such as Good Notes and can be used as a digital planner. This means you can type in the planner and save your details for any future printing.
